Update and Control User data, including aspects such as emotions, habits, and gratitude entries, gets updated with the continued use of the app. However, specific details like email, name, and information provided during onboarding cannot be changed or removed post-registration.

To use Theia, users must be at least 14 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

User Control

Users have the ability to delete their accounts within the app, which will remove all their personal information from our database.
